This is a PASSION for us. Not doing TAKEOFFS. But Loving the PROJECT. Loving the PROCESS. Loving the WORK. Loving the WHOLE DAMN THING and KNOWING how the start to finish project will go by the time we are done with our work. We LOVE the project. This has nothing to do with a TAKEOFF. We Love the PROJECT. That's a world of difference.

We are experienced
 

This isn't a software company and its again NOT a takeoff service. This is a organization of former Civil Engineers, Construction Estimators, and Field Engineers who are putting our skills and experience to THIS now. We live in the world of PROJECT ENGINEERING and PROJECT CONSTRUCTION. We just happen to do takeoffs for a living. But we dont DO takeoffs. We DO PROJECTS. WE LOVE PROJECTS.

Im not sure if I was clear but here is the difference; we LOVE THIS. Im not talking about loving your girlfriend. No this is deeper. We love what this IS. We love the TRUTH in this. We love Construction, we love the flow of the work, we love the details, we love what is required, we SACRIFICE OURSELF TO THE SITE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS because it is AN IDEAL WORTH SACRIFICING YOURSELF FOR and that is the type of Love we bring to this.

When I go through a set of project plans, I am poring over every last word in the Geotech report not because I love geology, or geotechnical engineering, even though I do. Nobody loves dirt THAT much to read engineers reports for fun, at least not at the level of analysis and rigor that we take. No, we bleed through every damn word in that document because we HONOR THE PROCESS. WE HONOR THE WORK. NOT only because the Contractors budget hangs on it, which it does, and Not only because the Engineers word, in our world, is law, which it is, like it or not, agree or not, but no, its not any of that, its because THE PROJECT , is HONORED, by our sacrifice in GIVING OURSELVES to it and in that serving it and serving the IDEAL of what construction in this country is and what the TRUTH of building and civil works gives and says about our civilization - that honoring something HIGHER than yourself is the greatest form of duty and the greatest act on can commit oneself to. Again, we love this. Not because we are nerds for construction. Which we are, And not because we are in it to make money, Which again, we are. But the reason we LOVE this is because the GIVING OF OUR SELF to something higher is the greatest act a man can do in this lifetime. For me I am called to do that in the construction industry. This is my offering for that. This is what I give to the greater truth in my professional life and this is my offering of my life force to my community, not to the marketplace, not to the Capital economy and not for a paycheck, but for the Divine and Righteous Dividend that is earned from serving something higher. That is what our Love for this means.
